That Denny fellow was probably a pretty fine person and leader, however, at this point no one really remembers who he is. Given that Saban has roughly the same achievements as the Bear, is it time for a renaming of the stadium in T-Town?

Honestly they should rename the school University of Saban

Everyone knows football put the school on the Map.

Denny created modern football at Alabama. We don't really fvck around with our history.

UK went from Newton to Kroger and replaced the ring of honor with the ribbon board.

I think it used to be Denny Field so they could put Saban’s name on the stadium and give the field it’s original name

Yeah, UK sold out to the Man. It should be remembered, however, that Kroger wanted its name to replace Adolph Rupp on the arena downtown. UK's administration wisely realized the massive firestorm this would create and lobbed off the football stadium for $12 M per instead.
