It is hard for me to pick really.

While Kentucky sat out in 2021, rather than saying "I'm working on fixing the pile of excrement I put out this season", Caliari said he was rooting for Bama in the tournament
https://fansided.com/2021/03/18/kentucky-basketball-john-calipari-rooting-alabama-march-madness/

During the 2022 season, calipari got UK to the tournament, then proceeded to lose to 15 seed St. Peters in the first round
https://www.espn.com/mens-college-basketball/game/_/gameId/401408578

In the follwing off season, he then threw shade at the football program saying "This is a basketball school. It's always been that. Alabama is a football school. So is Georgia. I mean, they are. No disrespect to our football team. I hope they win 10 games and go to bowls. At the end of the day, that makes my job easier, and it makes the job of all of us easier. But this is a basketball school. And so we need to keep moving in that direction and keep doing what we're doing". This coming despite not having won a tournament game since 2019 and uk having won multiple bowl games in that time
https://www.cbssports.com/college-basketball/news/john-calipari-says-kentucky-is-a-basketball-school-but-football-coach-mark-stoops-questions-if-thats-true/

During this season of course there's been some gems. Such as calipari saying after a loss to Georgia "my teams win that game" as though this wasn't his team and he doesn't have a life time contract

Oh and he mentioned UK was a title contender in 2020 but covid was what killed that season (as though he totally wouldn't have)

No doubt I've missed some. Feel free to share!!!!!

The part where he said over and over and over that he likes his team while he proceeded to blame a loss on the team he likes.

When he had his team leave the court at Arkansas before the end of the game last year, I believe, because he thought our fans would rush the court but nobody gave a damn. A win over Kentucky is not a big deal anymore with him there.

Talent alone won’t win in the sec anymore
You better have a coach on the sidelines that knows what he’s doing
Calipari isn’t that coach

A sign (by his own metric) that it's time to go, since UK is no longer the "gold standard" in basketball

The irony is he could be if he hired assistants that could fill in those deficiencies. Right now, outside of Ulis, he has a bunch of recruiters.

Can it be ten years ago? If so, Robert Morris in the NIT, for some home cookin. Sandwiched by a title and a berth in one. Pretty incredible.

Because his ego is so big he couldn’t fathom other programs getting updated facilities before him. He was also inadvertently throwing shade at Track and Field for getting their own facility when they’re producing Gold medal hurdlers.

Any reasonable Kentucky fan wants to be good in multiple sports. He can’t handle that. And that’s also why he needs to go.
