All the talent in the world, greatest coach of all time, superstar QB and RB. All the best portal players. When did Saban lose his magic and why?

Saban got tired of coaching turnover, so he hired a couple of coordinators nobody wants.

And Saban, himself, has lost some of his fire.

His hiring of assistants is what’s wrong. I would assume with the disappointment of this season in their eyes he will clean house and hire the right guys. Doubt we’ve seen the last of Saban and Alabama in top form

Who know if he has, or others are catching up, figuring him out, or just missing some pieces at the moment.
Also, you can’t be great forever. Everyone has a peak, everyone. some just decide to leave on top, others on the way down.

Gibbs was gashing LSU pretty much at will. I would have ran him until he couldn't stand up.

Golding won a title. BOB convinced an NFL franchise to give him full reigns because he was winning. Are you sure?

I couldn’t believe Bama ran 2 series in a row from their own goal line where Gibbs didn’t get a carry.

When other teams began to notice the weak spots forming.

There are certain teams that are not scared of Alabama. LSU, Auburn (to a big degree, this is fact), now UGA after finally getting a win over them.

Without the Aura and intimidation that Bama projects before even stepping on the field, they are exposed by those teams with a tougher mental makeup.

Nah bro, time to call deep crosses. Make sure you motion 10 to the other side and then he’s not involved in the play at all. Hell, don’t even run a route, just chill. I don’t think LSU even put a guy on our motion man towards the end since he was essentially out of the play.

That was wild, but remember when Bama throws it is a literal Heisman winner throwing to some of the best talent in the world. It shouldn’t be this bad.

It’s not a team, it’s a collection of portal mercenaries and prima donnas who are using Bama to get to the NFL.

Saban’s on cruise control with that fat final contract. It’s only human nature to let up some at the point in life he’s at.

UGA has been taking players they’d normally get.

Both of their lines are not up to standard.

Are some of y'all suggesting Saban will go the way of Bowden at FSU?

The penalties, trash talking, and general sloppiness point in this direction.
