What's the quietest your stadium has ever gotten during a football game?

For us I'd say Marcus Lattimore's injury vs Tennessee

Tyrone Prothro’s injury in 2005.

Figured I'd post for OM fans.

Hate to break it to you, but not even close sweetheart.
When Chucky Mullins suffered his injury.

Most injuries are going to be quiet. When Auburn had the OM fall and stay on our guy who hurt his neck, the stadium was quiet for a bit.
Otherwise I'd say if we go to another reality where 2012 existed, its half way through 3rd qtr on in the A&M game. Everyone stayed for the cool halftime show then departed

I remember it getting pretty quiet in the student section for a couple of minutes after a skydiver broke his legs before the Bama game in 1996.

Most recent, when Fitz got his ankle snapped during the Egg Bowl.
But then there's the missed FG to beat the mighty fighting South Alabama Jaguars.
But my personal experience... when we lost to the frigging Maine Black Bears.

1999 vs Vandy. Travis Henry landed on his head while diving for a TD. Thought he broke his neck, and they brought out ambulance and everything. Scary stuff, but he was fine later.
You could've heard a pin drop in Neyland and I remember it well.

That missed field goal in 2013 was pretty quiet. You could hear the sound of the goal post echo

Don’t remember Alabama being quiet much. But the most extreme change from can’t-hear-yourself-think roar to could-hear-a-pin-drop I experienced was in Tiger Stadium when Yeldon scored on the screen pass.

right before the josh booty interception against uab in 2000.
if a person in the front row dropped their shaker aka pom pom, you could have heard the sound of it hitting, in the upper deck.
then a guy stood up 20 rows from me and I hear his knee joint pop when he stood up it was so quiet. He started yelling LSU, LSU, LSU.
josh booty then immediately took the snap and threw the worst interception imaginable.

The quietest I remember was losing to Arkansas on a last-second TD in 2010. I remember walking out of the stadium through the crowd not hearing a peep except for the 10 or so Arkansas fans we passed on the way out.
No anger, no nothing. Just silence.

Probably the entire Tennessee game in 2012 (aka the season that never happened). Both fan bases were embarrassed to be there.

from my experience, the last play of the 2007 Arkansas game and the 2012 Alabama game when Yeldon took that screen to the house

When Junior Rosegreen knocked out Reggie Brown.

The loudest I have heard Jordan Hare in person was the 2003 Ole Miss game, when Jason Campbell led Auburn down to inside the 10 on a last second drive. It was also the quietest when this happened:
I was sitting in the endzone right behind Obomanu, when he dropped that wide open touchdown pass. Before that, I thought the stadium was going to collapse from everyone jumping and screaming. Then after the drop, it was dead silence.

The 2017 Mizzou vs. Purdue game was pretty bad. Although, I guess you could say it got loud when the entire stadium booed after Purdue went up by 3 touchdowns against us on our home field.
Purdue
