He was a product of the talent around him. I think his epic failure in the NFL also supports that.

All tebow has ever done in the nfl is win. You can make excuses as to why that's happened, but to say that he's been an epic fail is just trolling.

Don't troll.

Are you serious? Denver has one of the strongest rosters in the AFC and them still managing to win with Tebow proves that. A 70 yard bomb from Joe Flacco kept them from being in the AFC Championship last season.

1-4 in 2011 before Tebow started.

3rd string for the Jets after they got rid of him.

Playing on multiple teams and then getting cut in just a few years is not failing?

They spent a first round draft pick on Tebow, if he was the reason for their playoff birth and win, they would have kept him and used him to build around for the future, not get rid of him and enter the post-neck surgery Manning sweepstakes...

Damn........... I can't believe it, but I'm completely on the same page you are.

Tebow fans won't admit it, but Elway couldn't wait to get him out of Denver. Elway traded a starting QB, who was drafted in the 1st round for a 4th and 6th round pick. The Jets dropped him one year later and he passed waivers as nobody took him after the Jets cut him.

Tebow is a great guy. Great Guy!! But he is not a good QB.

Once again, what's his record as a starter?

Elway gutted the Denver WR core just to help Tebow.

And the Jets organization is the model of success and great evaluators of QB talent.

If all I did was hand the ball off while my team won games, I still wouldn't be a good QB.

Not just the Jets, but the Broncos obviously saw something wrong with him and thats why they got rid of him. He finished 2011 with the worst passing completion rate in the NFL.

Maybe not, but it could have landed you as the Jet's #2 QB on the depth chart ahead of Tebow last year...

He has cleared waivers, so all 32 NFL teams see something wrong with him.

And too think he was one of the first QBs to bring the dual threat back into popularity, a trend that is sweeping across the NFL with RGIII, Kaepernick(Sp?), etc.

Thing is there is more to this than running with the ball, the above are also good at passing the ball...

Hmm 10-8 with a playoff victory is an epic fail these days.

I'd hate to see what you have to say about nick saban's time in the nfl.

Timmy is not a great NFL QB for sure. That long throwing motion is horrible. It allows pass rushers to strip the ball as he brings it down. It also gives safeties more time to react to his throws.

He is a winner though. He just finds ways to win. All of those 4th qtr comebacks as a Bronco are proof of that.

Guess we're not counting those games he lost......

Timmy was a system QB......same as JFF......both have success in college but won't transition well in NFL as a QB.

Timmy still has plenty of haters....kid must be doing something right

And are Arkansas fans still upset about 2008? Or was it 2009? What year did they get their little hopes up?

Jordan Jefferson was 47-6 as a starting QB in High School and at LSU. I guess, based on his record, you would consider him a great QB.
