As much as I'd like to say Derek Dooley, he's not the worst all time. He's the worst in Tennessee history, for sure, but he never lost 8 games in a season.

Hallman only won at USM because Brett Favre was there. Even then, he had a 5-6 season one of the years Favre was the QB.
