What was the most surprising pick of the first round last night?

I think it was New England using the 15th pick to draft a third string QB. That’s a bold strategy, let’s see if it pays off.

Leatherwood going that high reminded me of James Carpenter in the 2011 draft. Even Saban had a “wtf look” on his face when Seattle took him in the first round.

I'm happy with A&M finishing number four last year - ahead of schedule. Confirmed last night by no first round picks. Saints overreached BIG TIME, and pretty much every draft "expert" outside the state of LA says as much.

I hope Leatherwood is able to make as much money playing football as Carpenter has. He has had a really good career.
