One that comes to mind was when UGA upset auburn in 2006 when auburn was the number 5 team in the country. UGA was unranked. Another one was upsetting the nerds in 2009. When they were a top 10 team and we were unranked. Caleb king and washuan ealy ran all over the bees.

2007 vs. UGA was satisfying because we hadn't beaten the Dawgs since 2001 and had lost some heartbreakers.
2010 vs. Alabama was great because it was our first win ever against a #1 ranked team and it was Alabama's first loss since 2008.

vs #1 Bama and #1 Kentucky because I was just starting my college life.
#1 Kentucky little cooler because we rushed the court.

First one to come to mind was Alabama over Florida in 2005. I have no idea what the line was but it certainly felt like Florida was the prohibitive favorite. Alabama ran them out of the stadium.
The other that came to mind was Florida again in the 2009 SECCG. I don't think Florida was a big favorite but Tebow and company were presumed by many to be rolling to another NC.
eta: Forgot about Georgia 2008 and Clemson 2008. Those two games kind of set the tone for Alabama being "back" in my opinion.
I guess neither one of these would really be considered big upsets. Probably no more than a TD in either case and Alabama was ranked in both (ranked #2 in the 2009 game actually).
Honestly I can't remember that many games where Alabama pulled off a huge upset. Obviously the last 10 years there hasn't even been an opportunity to do so.

A big reason we don't rush the field. We expect to win.

is bama beating themselves considered an upset when it happens?

1966. Spurrier had locked up the Heisman, Gators were7-0 and ranked 7th. Georgia had 3 INTs and sacked Spurrier routinely in a 27-10 upset victory.
All-American defensive tackle Bill Stanfill would later reference Spurrier in recounting his experiences growing up on a farm in southwest Georgia before the advent of weightlifting: "Holding pigs for my dad to castrate was quite a challenge. I can't say that helped prepare me for football, but it sure did remind me an awful lot of sacking Steve Spurrier."

Second best was the 2018 Rose Bowl.

Upsets? hmm. I loved the wins in 2013 against UGA and Bam a because they were both miraculous. However, I dont know if those were technically upsets.
This years wins against Georgia and Bama definitely were upsets. Both ranked 1 at the time.

it's been a while. Bama was a dog in the "blackout" game, and that was a pretty awesome game, though the 2nd half "we've got it so just hold on and run clock" was pretty boring.
Florida in 2005 was great in part b/c Urban Meyer made a comment about "it's going to be a great atmosphere, but it's going to be great because the Gators are in town". To shut that Offense down and thoroughly dominate them was awesome right up until Prothro got hurt and you knew the season wouldn't have the same trajectory moving forward.
I guess the upset I enjoyed most was 1992 title game against Miami. I was just a kid, but it was a dominating performance against what was THE team of that era.

Must be in your twenties and do not remember the Perkins, Curry, Dubose, Fran and Shula years.

And that it's against the rules in conference.

Alabama was even versus Georgia in 2015. Won 38-10. Prior to that, the last time Alabama played as a dog was the 2009 SEC title game. That was very enjoyable. Beat Florida 32-13.

There are so many.
I loved this year's UGA game, especially just how dominant Auburn was with them as #1 - plus paying back the Soulja Boy thing. But, ultimately it was a bit of a meaningless game.
The 2001 Florida game was epic. Held them to negative yards rushing and then Duval's winning 44 yard FG with 10 seconds left.

I have never witnessed a upset. Everybody that State beat, State was better than them.

Beating Auburn's sorry arse after them leading at the half 21-o!
