Well, worst case scenario Heupel goes the full 7 years and Tennessee is Texas Tech North.
Heupel is let go and lets say by the miracle of god a competent coach is hired. Give that competent coach three years of recruiting.

Pruitt doesn't have to be a good coach or person to qualify for the contract that both parties signed in good faith. Players always do stupid stuff and that stupidity has been seen with every coach Tennessee has had. (Think safety Janzen Jackson and receiver Nu'Keese Richardson knocking over Pilot gas stations with a pellet gun) That was all the way back to Lane Kiffin's watch.
