I didn’t care for the fact that it has Jimbo in it regularly.

When was your last visit to Lexington?
I believe it was 2013 there about. Also was there in 2009.

When was your last visit to the swamp?

He obviously hasn't been to many of those stadiums.
All of them with exception to Como!
Most of them several times..
I knew ky was undertaking a massive renovation a couple yrs back. Looking forward to see the upgrades.

I say the Vaught. I don't really like how it's built. It looks like it was built by 4 different people.
I don't think you'll find any Ole Miss fans that disagree with you on that. The NEZ was originally supposed to match the SEZ. But Bjork took the donations made for that expansion and put it towards The Pavilion. Then we ended up with that crap in the NEZ. But each section of the stadium is totally different from each other. It can be fixed, and desperately needs to be fixed. But I think what Bjork did to the NEZ will make it significantly more expensive and time consuming.

Yeah when I went to Ole Miss this year I sat in the visitors section Just overall didn't like the stadium. Cramped concourses, there was like gravel where you get your tix scanned, and we had to go up like these weird stairs even though we were on the lower level.

Just in terms of the stadium itself (not counting game day environment/surroundings):
Biggest dump:
Neyland Stadium
Tiger Stadium
Vanderbilt
Best:
Bryant-Denny
Kyle Field

MTSU arguably has a nicer stadium at this point.
Not a hard argument to make...

They can't even order enough beer to stay stocked the entire game
OM isn't anything to brag about either
Can't say anything bad about Mizzou since I've never been but I imagine its worse than the two mentioned above

Our next renovation is going to make the stadium capacity smaller but bring in more premium seats. That seems to be the trend.

That literal ocean of dead space on the sidelines is plain ridiculous. It's like having end zones at all the cardinal points of the field.

What's his hold up on the football only facility?
Posted on 2/20/20 at 4:22 pm to TigersOfGeauxld
Not yet. They are finishing the baseball park then the football only building then the stadium follows that. I think it’s going to change what we call the sunshine seats. They are in the sun until the sun goes down. Miserable section to be in.

I was being kind...... Ky's stadium was not on par with the top MAC or MWC'S. The people were nice and friendly. The few fans that we met would be cordial and say "we don't expect to win but you never know. Basketball season is upon us and we rule the roost!" Football was truly an afterthought to the Cat fans.
Obviously, the administration at the time was of the same mind.
Welcome to Big-time football Cats!
