I was completely numb to the epic suckitude of our team and Alabama was a machine.
Yeah, this. Didn't even bother me. I think I watched the 1st quarter then left for the beach. Not even sure I saw the final score until late that night or the next day.

2011 vs Tennessee. Tennessee had no business winning that game and VU had a 4th quarter breakdown, but that interception return for the TD was beautiful and the way Neyland exploded was an amazing experience.

.
It was 45-0, but you were close enough
Edit, the only reason I remember is because we ended up with more points than state had yards
OM45 points
MS37 yards

The last game by Croom against Ole Miss will be my choice. I forget the score but for some reason 41-3 sticks in my mind.

2008 against St. Timmy and the Gators. Vandy was having a relatively good year, but there was simply nothing that could be done. Florida was bigger, stronger, and faster everywhere. All you could do was admit that you were watching greatness and watch the show.

That game & score had to be almost a relief... the end of a nightmare so to speak...
Y'all got Gus now & are looking ahead with optimism... If Gene had of beaten Saban last year would he still be your coach??
