I remember listening to an interview with him during football season and here are a few things he said. I can’t quote exactly but it’s pretty close...

“Well, I grew up in Pennsylvania and coached up north. The food down here is different, but delicious. Starkville has some great eateries.”

“It’s amazing down here. I mean, during my coaching career you are always on the run and you stop at a convenience store and grab a bag of chips and a pop to carry you over. Down here you go into a convenience store and they’ve got fried chicken and potato logs etc. Amazing!”

“I’ve never seen so many food items wrapped in bacon. Everything down here is wrapped in bacon.”

He went on to say he’s gonna have to be careful because the food is so delicious that it’s hard to pass up.

He did gain a lot of weight lol.

If your career causes you to eat out a lot down south it definitely can get you quick.

Great food and it’s addicting as hell. Look at Bielema when he came to Arky. Guy got huge

I'd shed pounds too if I had the stress of coaching Miss State.

It's gotta be terrible.

I suspect a lot of his problem was also alcohol.

Probably the stress. He knows he's in trouble without Sweat and Simmons up front.

Naw, he has a different approach to offense. Gotta give him due time to see. We havent had the WR etc for his offense. He has 2 years to get it done.
