Bojangles?!

Uhhh...no. We set up way ahead of time and BBQ ribs, chicken (yes, we are cannibals), steaks on the grill and shite tons of alcohol.

We cater the Cockaboose differently each week.

Typically we do BBQ once a season.

If the Gators are in town we'll hang a 14' gator skin off the top deck of the Cockaboose and serve fried gator and other wikd game.

We do BBQ when the Hogs are in town, if they are in town.

We do prime rib one week ... we're doing prime rib for the UGA game this year.

We do beef tenderloins typically for the last game at home each season.

We never do fried chicken unless someone brings a platter of Chick-fil-A bites for appetizers.

If we have a cold weather game we'll do a chili smorgasbord of bean and beef, straight beef, venison chili, white chili and usually a 5 Alarm beef and pork chili. Whenever we do chili and word gets out we'll see quite a few ex ballplayers show up ... I dunno why but we'll go through eight to ten gallons of various chili.

One meal is typically various casseroles ... but they are all good. My favorite on the buffet line is tatertot casserole.

And one weekend we always do fried catfish with hush puppies and usually we'll have various smoked fishes in the buffet line as well.

For real. Plus an opportunity for all of us Gamecock rantards to meet up and get hammered. Should be very entertaining.

I'm down to board the boose again this year if you're game, although we know what happened last time.

Surely rooster would welcome us I would think

We are same

The past 3-4 years we have started having a taco/tortilla buffet at least 1 game. It's an easy menu for people to bring a lot of different things to pile on their plates. I'll usually cook a pork roast for carnitas (although it was beef brisket last year) and Mrs Cane supplies the tortillas and queso

Gamecock fans typically do BBQ. Some like to do a low country boil if they can get the live blue crabs.
