What is your favorite tailgating foods and beverages?

For those of you that attend the games what are your favorite foods and beverages to bring/cook at your tailgate cold chicken tenders? Corndogs?
First game we usually have some bacon wrapped grilled dove breasts if it is an afternoon or night game. That and brisket are my fav. Dale's Pale ale will be my beverage of choice this season

We do it up right.
Besides the usual burgers and chicken, over the
years we have had:
Gumbo (Chicken & Sausage or Seafood)
Jambalaya (Chicken & Sausage or Seafood)
Shrimp Creole
Crabmeat au Gratin
Char-grilled oysters
Cochon de lait (Cajun roast pork loin)
Blackened redfish with lump crabmeat
BBQ Brisket
Stuffed bell peppers
Fried catfish
Boudin
Trout Amandine
Shrimp Remoulade
Alligator Sauce Piquante
Deer sausage
Bread pudding with rum sauce
And a diet coke.
We let Nebraska and Iowa fans have their corndoggies........
