Yelling racist things to a player from the stands or calling a player a racist name behind an anonymous name on the internet?

From the stands is more cowardly. You're saying it so they can actually hear you knowing they can do nothing about it. It's also more shameful.

Because you are a model example of one of the types of cowards in question, you do not get a vote or say in this debate.

That sounds pretty racist.
Am I doing it right?

I find this funny actually because although I went to a private school, black kids and white kids (Talking 15-18 years of age HS) called each other racist things all the time as fun.
You play ball and a black kid would say "You ain't getting that white boy, or "cracker" and it was all in fun. We on the other hand said shite like "Negro you ain't gettin' that or sometimes "**** please, you know I got you."
Maybe it waa just my school but there was little actual racism and I swear we had fun and got along just fine. Hung out together, ate pizza together, never an issue.

If politicians and those who seek to divide us leave us alone you'd see a drop of 1000 % of race hating.

Ask Bama Fans. They encourage their daughters to date players at the same time making racial comments toward the players relatives. And do not see the hypocrisy in it.

“One of the best parts about Auburn is that their isn’t any black people”
-Woman who’s name appears on Auburn’s $500,000 donor list that they display before football games
