What if Tua Tagovailoa is only good against SEC East teams?

Think about it guys. His three best games all came against SEC East teams. Vanderbilt, Tennessee, and of course Georgia.

Against SEC East teams, Tua's numbers:

31/46 (67.4%) for 403 yards (8.8 YPA) and 6 TDs with 2 INTs

However, against non-SEC East FBS teams (so we take out weak arse Mercer), Tua's numbers:

11/20 (55%) for 148 yards (7.4 YPA) and 2 TDs with 0 INTs

Tua's Passer Rating vs SEC East: 175.33

Tua's Passer Rating vs Non-SEC East FBS teams: 150.16 (even less than Jalen's entire season Passer Rating)

I think the proof is in the stats, guys. Tua for some cosmic reason balls out against East teams, but beyond that, he's overhyped.  :nudge: :nudge:

Please list the teams Tua has played against from the SEC and the game stats. I think you might be surprised by the competition.

Nope not surprised at all. Looks good to me. He's ready and you sound scared in every Tua post on this board.

Some of the worse Ds in the SEC playing in a mop up roll after those teams were blown out early.

You're probably right. Tua sucks and is only good for mop up duty.

You left off his best stat line against one of the best defenses.

Why would you do something like that I wonder?

You're right. We're screwed.

Break out the shrimp boots. This is LSU's trophy to lose.

Most of the teams on the list were down by so much early, teams didn't want to pass on them in the second half (mercy rule). I can not understand why people use College Football stats to try and prove a point. Just watch the teams.

PS What were the scores of the game when he went in ?

Keep moving those goal posts.

I know, people should just talk shite without any supporting information, that's much better right?

Are you incapable of doing your own work? You keep asking people to get you information. It makes you sound lazy and dumb. This took about 3 minutes to find:

Vandy - he entered in the 3rd quarter when it was 38-0
Ole Miss - he entered in the 3rd quarter when it was 38-3
Arkansas - he entered in the 4th quarter when it was 38-3
Tennessee - he entered in the 3rd quarter when it was 28-0
Georgia - he entered in the 3rd quarter when Bama was behind 13-0

Obviously just playing in garbage time in those other SEC games didn't prepare him at all for crunch time in the NC game.

It just proves my point that he did mop up duty for the most part after a team was already destroyed. Does anybody really think Vandy, Ark, Ole Miss and TN were good Ds. Plus by that point he was playing the second and third team Ds. So everything is being based on by what happen in the 2nd half of the UGA Game. A game where he completed 8 of his 14 pass completions with slants and bubble screens and should have thrown 3 INTs if UGA secondary didn't shite all over themselves. Just saying...
