IF, the SEC office were to PUBLISH how they arrive at these scheduling decisions, I would not have a problem at all....put some verifiable fairness into the system and few will have a reason to be suspect of their motives...WHY can't this be done ?????
IF, the conference, as a whole, chooses to keep the oldest rivalry games...can't it ALSO, show and explain how they intend to arrive at the fairest method of scheduling ????

So LSU wins by 20 instead of 30. Big deal.

I get that LSU fans are going to whine about Bama's schedule no matter what. I get that. But how they are classifying UGA under Richt as a tough game is just inexplicable.

No one supporting LSU seems to wan to address this: explain the schedules leading up to the Bama game next year. Absurd.

What IS ABSURD, is the secretive/inexplicable manner in which the SEC "preforms" their scheduling magic. All people want is VERIFIABLE fairness...is that soooooo difficult to understand ????

Oh, I got it. Point still stands - so LSU wins by 20 instead of 30. What makes you think Georgia is going to be very good next year? I'd actually love for Bama to play them. Same thing - beat UGA by 20, beat Kentucky by 30, big deal. I would rather play Georgia.

how much more whining from the LSU fans do we have to endure?

Just give me a guesstimate, so I'll know how long the bitching is going to last.

Not sure if this is what you're talking about but the week off before Alabama and after is ridiculous. I hope that was more SEC than LSU. That's the kind of silliness Fulmer used to do with Florida.

Georgia's been ranked in the top 5 multiple times in the past few seasons. They represented the East LAST year in the SECCG, and led us at the half. That's right, the same team that went into Tuscaloosa and won last year, was losing to them at the half.

This is back to back seasons that Alabama doesn't play Florida, SC, or Georgia.

Georgia and Florida or Kentucky and Tennessee?

How ignorant do you want to be?

UT is on the rise and if they get the right coach that game will go back to being what it used to be, GA is not a great program right now and yes Ga and TN are pretty equal. Prior to this yr Fla was not scaring anyone and in the 90's when this started TN was a very difficult game. LSU fans are always whining and complaining

We wouldn't complain either if we had Tennessee as our permanent opponent while Alabama had Florida. So damn sick of the SEC having to bend over backwards to appease the whiny fanbase in Tuscaloosa over a stupid rivalry game.
