Ok. I think you've answered my question. It seems to be at this point it's all about just holding on to what you've got. I'm not saying that is easy or a given, I was just trying to determine what changes the landscape between now and signing.

For a program like Mizzou at #14 as long as they hold on to their commits they will likely stay pretty much where they are in terms of ranking. There doesn't seem to be a flood of non-committed 4 and 5 stars that will sign behind a 14th ranked class, and there isn't much that MU has a shot at to improve their class.

I can see some jockeying among the top dogs as 4 and 5 stars commit/ultimately sign but those are all classes ranked higher than Mizzou anyway so really no impact to MU.

A final word...I realize that someone's opinion of your recruiting class doesn't mean shite on the field. No one's going to bowl games based on their recruiting class ranking, but for a program as down as Mizzou is now, we'll take any positive we can get.
