I lived in three of those states; of the three, Oklahoma was by FAR much worse than Alabama or Mississippi. It was not even close - Oklahoma is a shite hole.

Growth rate 2010 to 2017
10. South Carolina (8.63%)
19. Tennessee (5.83%)

2 of the worst states to live in both in the Top 20 states in terms of migration in to. Makes sense.

Being overweight seemed to count quite a bit in their scaling. News alert - being around overweight people does not make you overweight, you can't catch it like the flu.

Are people being nice to the LBGTQXYZ community seems to matter a lot. Has anyone surveyed people on that issue?

Crime - don't live where crime is rampant. How could Chicago and Baltimore have missed out being included?

And to clarify, I see what you did there George (because someone downvoted you unfortunately) you meant the link claimed we are one of the worst states (along with Tennessee) yet people are flocking from all over standing in line to get here and buy homes.

Point well made.
