The narrative the last few years was that even though Butch wasn’t able to lift UT out of mediocrity, he was leaving the program in better condition than he found it. This appeared to be the case until 16/17 but now it seems that his last year or two has undone any progress he made and there isn’t any discernible difference between now and 13.
