People act like Dooley is "changing the culture of the program" or "doing things the right way." Well the best player he recruited is in trouble. Again. And it seems like Tennessee had to go over Dooley's head to deal with an off the field issue. Again. Isn't it time to just admit that Dooley shouldn't be the coach at Tennessee?

Well if they're not looking to spend money and hire a winner, maybe we could pull the name of a random high school coach out of a hat? Should be able to match Dooley's competence for a whole lot less money.

Resume- embarrassing

"Changing the culture of the program"- comical

Resume - Coached under Saban/Led La Tech to first Bowl game in over thirty years (not that exciting I agree)

Coaching - Has had to coach a bunch of freshmen and sophomores with no team unity/no seniors to provide experience or stability. this is his first year to coach at UT with an SEC roster.

Recruiting - Has brought in top 25 classes every year DESPITE having the record he does. It's very hard to recruit with a bad record, yet he has done an oustanding job given the circumstances. What other 5-7 team was in the top 25 in recruiting?

Motivation - Goes back to the youth of the team.

"Changing the Culture of the program" - You have no idea what you're talking about

He may very well be the worst recruiting head coach Tennessee has had in 40 years.

Please. Even French people probably thought Tennessee gave up too easily.
