Conversation is here bud, I just think the run is over for y’all.

If run means the dominant power in the sport it clearly is.

Think we can still be a top 5 program if we make some good hires at the coordinator positions but the domination of the conference and country is long gone. Georgia has taken that mantle.

We're not made of the same DNA we were before. Think we can upgrade X's and O's, do not think we can upgrade that.

I agree. USCw is waking up, transfer portal, NIL etc.

I’m still not sold on UGA. Florida is a sleeping giant if they can get the right guy.

I just think Alabama has done so much that they don’t know where to go from here with the new rules.

Going to have to sort of disagree with you there. I think we're in a dogfight for it with Georgia, but we aren't long gone. Hiring coordinators that aren't shite will go a really long way. We dominated the sport just two years ago, dominated UGA last season in the SECCG, and now it's long gone and UGA has the mantle? Nah.

Dominance and ownership of the league/country is long gone

Could we beat Georgia next year? Sure. Are we gonna take over the league and be the clear #1 for the next 2-3 years? No, I don't think so.

No I mean if we beat K-State. And then TCU loses. That combo would be a nice way to end the season for some of our fans who crave validation. I’d enjoy it to, but also wouldn’t mind TCU shocking the world.

Your team has become a processing mill with no loyalty. Similar to college basketball. Saban is 71, and doesn’t have the pull. I’m sure y’all will still be good, just not dominant like the last decade.

Alabama won the SEC, played for the NC, has the best recruiting class in the conference and is playing in a NY6 bowl game.

But carry on with trying to create this narrative that Alabama fans are devastated. Disappeared yes, because we are used to being in the playoff almost every year.

Maybe one day Auburn will make the playoff

I think part of it is Saban may have gotten into a “get off my lawn” mode and that’s the reason he’s kept Golding. That bitch should’ve been gone yesterday.

I agree. He went for continuity over quality and it cost him.
