I think is has been 12 years in a row that either Alabama or Florida has won the SEC regular season title. Arkansas is playing their last 2 SEC games today and they can lock it up with 2 wins over LSU. Bama and Florida still have 3 games this weekend, so Arkansas losing doesn't take them out of it.
But they can clinch it.
Arkansas 18-4 - Double header @ LSU today
Florida 16-5 - 3 game series vs Texas A&M this weekend
Alabama 15-6 - 3 game series vs Ole Miss this weekend

Arkansas didn't face Florida or Tennessee, played the entire bottom half of the SEC, didn't even play the middle conference team (Kentucky), and only played 2 of the top 5 teams (Alabama and Missouri) and they LOST the series to BOTH. THEY ARE 2-4 against the other competitors for the title and they didn't even play the highest ranked team in the conference. They would be a FRAUDULENT conference champion. Meanwhile, both Florida and Alabama played all the best teams except one. Unfortunately, LSU is not the usual difficult opponent this year. Arkansas should win at least one and be a fraudulent champion that won't make it to OK City.

No, we used to get mocked by LSU fans for following college gymnastics. Now you guys have a gymnastics recruiting thread pinned to the top of your board. We used to get mocked by LSU fans for following softball. Now you pay your Women’s Bball coach more than your men’s.

Arkansas played 2 teams in the top 5 of the SEC and lost both series and went 2-4. Real champions don't do that. That would be like naming Missouri SEC football champs without a conference championship game because the had a better record than Alabama that year and didn't play LSU or Alabama. They lost by a gazillion points in the championship game. It is stupid.
