It’s not even close. Coach O had a professional coaching staff running the show and it’s almost men against boys.

I was drinking and generally lost interest during the live game.....but watching this again..and paying attention to the little things...I’m here to say, as an Open MSU fan, although my roots run in the bayou.....

That LSU team is the best team in the last 20 years. Not even close.
You can argue Miami and Nebraska...maybe one of those FSU teams.....but I’m pretty confident in saying:

LSU 2019-20 team is the best of all time.
Joe will be top 10 nfl qb out the gate if they get him some help.

Talk about a guy that hit his career peak at the right time.....most Qb’s wither away if beaten out by a younger prospect.

Not Joe. He took the negative energy and pulled a “Jordan” I can see him doing the same thing In Cincinnati, although he will have the home town fam and fans on his side, day one.....and I see him being a difference maker...day 1

The Dee was peaking after injuries and sloppy play Post Texas thru Alabama game where the dee didn’t shine!

Was hoping to see Myles in the GA game.

His 99.9 QBR vs aTm & OK was notable.

Although we were on the ropes in the 3rd, I still thought we might be able to get back in it. However, I became firmly convinced the game was over after this play:

LINK

Burrow gets pursued by Walker, somehow shakes free, rolls out right, and then throws a bomb on the run. One of the more incredible things I've seen.

This is correct. Compared to teams like LSU, Alabama, Clemson and a few others Georgia's coaching staff from the HC on down is like some special needs pony league staff. It was a total mismatch

Heisman moment for sure stay tuned!
Joe had a 55 yard arm at LSU — You saw everything he had in that short “Lob” (Bomb) on the run where the ball is in the air from the 15 to 45 yd line (Only 40 yards). That is not a super arm and far below NFL arm strength average of 70 yds (on the run av 50+)

Myles is pushing 75 yards now. I watched him in HS on a similar throw from the right side (Myles is right handed) put one out there over 60 yards in a championship game caught in stride — 20 yds farther than what you saw!

You will be able to fill a highlight reel when the Brennan lobs start falling 60 & 70 yards this Fall — Mark it, it’s something we don’t see in the SEC.

it wasn't that uga played a bad game. yeah, they missed some opportunities but so did lsu. uga was just overwhelmed like everyone else was.

i think the reason is because lsu found a system to fully take advantage of how the game favors offense. other teams have been doing some similar things but, lsu took it to another level. if a trend develops, cfb might need to look at some rules changes to give defenses a chance. otherwise, there's about to be an increasing number of 55-42 games and no 9-6 defensive slugfests

while brennan does have a strong arm and has made some really good throws, he's missed some because he doesn't have touch which is something burrow did have.

I didn’t expect a win with our two best offensive players out and Jake Fromm being a complete shell of what once was a serviceable QB.

But I KNEW the game was over after Burrow caught the deflection and ran for a first down in the first quarter. Already going up against the greatest offense of all time, when they are catching breaks that early you know the stars are not aligned in your favor. Given the fact we had 0 offense I thought it was semi-respectable we held them below 40 points. Still nothing to hang your hat on though.

That probably had a lot to do with LSU running clock the entire 4th quarter.

This ^^^^^^^

Kirby is a coaches son. I'm not sure about coach O. But it is like both head coaches were on the same page.

UGA didnt have the run stuffers out there in the 4th quarter.
And LSU mercifully ran the ball (they absolutely didnt have to).

Let coach O get out of there without injuries.
Let UGA get out of there without further injuries and less embarrassment.

Kirby seems to have that kind of relationship with most of the SEC coaches. Common sense when the game is at hand.

O and Kirby seem to have a lot of mutual respect for each other.

That is some of it.

I would just say that LSU had an NFL QB out there playing against college kids.
The system of not having to change personnel for the offensive gameplan and adjustments absolutely helped. But it was the 24 year old QB playing backyard football better than 11 guys on the other side that ripped a hole through college football.

The exact moment I shook my head, got out of my seat and left the stadium.

Y’all did that to every team you beat by multiple touchdowns and still averaged 50 points a game.

God bless Steve Ensminger. Don't know how he found the strength to coach that day. What incredible fortitude.

That was the type of play that earned Mahomes a half a billion dollars... if Burrow can do that in the pros then he will be elite
