If you're concerned about rules violations then football isn't for you, as there are rules broken on every play. Baseball is the perfect game (especially when they implement the automated strike zone).

Holding happens every play, sometimes it's just poorly executed and you get caught.

It doesn't matter. Referees don't pay attention to that. They call targeting that didn't happen but don't call half of the holding and pass interference that does.
