They wont have to testify. This also means the NCAA wont ever get their hands on those tapes.

And if by chance the NCAA obtains it from another source (i.e., defense counsel) then they are opening a massive can of worms for themselves. That's a major chain of custody issue and LSU's counsel will jump all over it...and win.

actually, they do. If you actually knew what you were talking about, NCAA bylaws dictate anonymous sources cannot be used in their investigatory process. So without those tapes and or an admission from Wade, they're screwed. They can't just cite an anonymous source in a yahoo article, sorry
