To protest the continued employment of Butch. That is the HOT HOT HOT rumor.
Would love to see this and then a destruction by Kirby's boys next week in Neyland to put the final nail in Mr MAC's coffin.

It's not ridiculous. Tennessee is an amazing place for football -- they can do better than this, everyone knows it. A fan of theirs said that only Tennessee could lose to a Florida team who had just lost ten players, on a short week after a hurricane and lose.
But they didn't just lose -- they never even had the lead in that game. Jones doesn't seem to know how to manage a game, even the easy calls, and is either unwilling or too stupid to learn.
Tennessee deserves better.

Is Butch the best coach Tennessee can get? Probably not.
But outside of Philip Fulmer having Tennessee legitimately elite for about 8-9 years in the mid 90's and early 2000's, Tennessee has been pretty consistently "above average" the last 50 years.
Since 1970 (~50 years ago) Tennessee has won just 5 SEC titles (3 in the 80's, 2 in the 90's). That's last among the big 6.
Alabama: 17
Florida: 9
Auburn: 7
LSU: 7
Georgia: 6
Tennessee: 5
They want to be Alabama or Ohio State but I don't think that's realistic. Barring stumbling into a homerun hire like Saban or something, they're like a 9-3 or 10-2 ceiling program.

Lol Tennessee has only won 5 SEC titles since (insert arbitrary end date here) so they shouldn't complain about employing a mental midget.
As long as Saban is there-sure.
Tennessee is 47-15 with 2 SEC titles, 3 NY6 bowls and a national title in the last 5 non-Saban years of SEC football.

That's not 50 years.
In the past 50 years(1967) Tennessee has 7 SEC titles. Same as LSU and Auburn
