Tennessee Vice Chancellor/Director of Athletics Danny White on Thursday announced promotions for multiple members of his executive leadership team.

Brady Hart, who oversees the Tennessee Fund, has been elevated to Executive Associate Athletics Director for Development. Under Hart's leadership, the Tennessee Fund set all-time records for fundraising total ($80,759,936), cash receipts ($68,568,453) and total donors (18,859) in 2021-22.

More pay for less results, modern corporate America at its worst. Pay people more for less wins.

That's just for donations to athletics, not for capital projects or academics shitehead.
