Unnecessary niceness in general annoys me.
Like be respectful and all but don’t go out of your way to be nice to me damn it.

Hold on there were a couple South Carolina posters that asked for an assessment. So I answered with that kind of a reply. But I agree that unsolicited praise is a slap in the face.
