Why would Marshall be a long shot? He makes sense there

He’s turned down better jobs than Vandy more than once

I like Shaka because of the way he conducts his business, and he really goes about things the right way. But I wouldn't want him at Vandy.

I would add Nate Oats to the list.

Marshall would be by far the most attractive on that list. I'd stay away from Smart, Ford, and Dawkins

Bryce Drew is the correct answer. This was an awful decision.

Wichita State is a better job than Vanderbilt. Why go to a school in a football league with academic hurdles? And Wichita State gave Marshall a nice contract not too long ago that's probably in the ballpark of what he could make at Vandy.

Marshall turned down Bama four years ago when they offered $4 million. He stayed at WSU for $3 million.

yeah Gregg Marshall is making 3.5 million in the AAC. Why would he want to come to the SEC especially Nashville where they let people on ATVs and Motorcycles take over the city like on some post apocalyptic movie

academic hurdles?

Can we stop with this.
Vandy is a great school but football and basketball players will be treated the same way everyone else in the conference does

frick they even do it in the Ivy League.
Yale Basketballs entire roster isn’t 1500 4.0 students
