Been busy all day and night, just now got to where I could listen to what was going on... I try to help when I can, and at least this one did not geaux until 2am CDT like last night...

p.s. ... if i don't think about the typing, it goes all right, but when trying to keep track of three help calls and two other monitors it gets just a little HAIRY...

I don't do Helpdesk but I am in IT, well I help them when they need it.
