I genuinely feel bad about the current state of your football program. This weekend has traditionally been one of - if not THE - favorite weekends of mine. The TSIO game typically headlines a few days of outdoor activities that has me doing some combination of backpacking, bow hunting, fishing, and/or camping with the family. The likely lopsided game leaves a hole for me this weekend.
I’m sure you all feel even worse about your program than I, but I wanted to let you know this Bama fan hopes you guys make a good hire to bring back some of the TSIO magic.
The rivalry - and SEC - is better when UT is good.

frick Tennessee. What’s going on with the state of their program is karma for Fulmer’s attempt, and near success, at shutting Bama down permanently. I may be in the minority of Bama fans but my loathing for UT far exceeds my disdain for Auburn.

It is not fun for us either, this is not how this week is suppose to go. We are suppose to be hitting each each other with funny gifs and talking smack. I had fun doing it last year, but this year? What's the point? You guys (UT fans) don't even want to win because you are afraid it will save Butch. I don't blame ya'll, and I'm not mad, I just miss the way things used to be is all. I just hope UT makes a home run hire so this game can get back to what it was.
