Some parts of it are undesirable, just like most states. But in general, SC is not an undesirable place. It has awesome beaches, nice people, affordable cities, and Charleston, which is like an American history tour. Yes, SC is a bit backwards, but the same could be said for every Southern state. Being from Georgia (I assume), you should know this, because your state flag is a corny rip off of the 13-Star CSA Flag.

So after nearly one page I'm still unclear.. is OP talking about the University of Southern California or the University of South Carolina?
