Beamer had 2 coaches in his division alone with more impressive seasons.

Wins over Clemson and Tennessee were nice but anyone with a 14 pt loss to 6-6 Arkansas, a 41 pt loss to Georgia, a 13 pt loss to 6-6 Missouri & a 32 pt loss to a 6-6 Florida is not deserving of COY.

Warren McClendon had a rough game @ Missouri.
But outside of that, he should be in contention for first team all conference.

I don't know if any of the other OL on the list had a bad game or not.
But the UGA OL has been elite this season.

Then why do so many of us want Searels fired?

I don't want him fired.

9th in the country at 5.5 ypr.
3rd in the country at 37 rushing TDs.

Tied for 2nd in the country for sacks allowed (16th for yards per pass attempts).

Why would anyone want him fired?

Raises hand.

Nobody in our secondary, other than McGlothern, should get ANY postseason awards. That unit spent most of the year at the bottom of NCAA statistics.

Any QB with a pulse destroyed them. Fortunately, we also played some bad QBs along the way.

Clark did better once they finally stopped trying to make him a CB.
