Basically means: we have invested too much just into this one season. This would hurt the entire franchise for a few years to come. Let's stay the course and only fire Urban once we fully lose confidence in his ability to deliver.

100%. He clearly wants out of Jacksonville and could set himself up wonderfully to make $10mm a year in Los Angeles with recruits falling all over themselves to play for the Trojans, so why bother sticking with this failed experiment?

Why was his conduct unacceptable? He’s a grown arse man getting drunk with 20 year old tik tok thots trying to be famous by taking pics with him? I hate how soft our society has gotten.
