Yep. As long as he isn't also the GM, for a guy like Urban the stress level of NFL will be much lower than college.
He's already ultra successful and mega rich. Worst thing that happens is all he does is go back to working TV gigs.
No worrying about recruiting for next year, no worrying about how he'll support his lifestyle. Just go out and coach football.

I mean how much of the daily grind recruiting do the big dog coaches even partake in? Someone like CUM or Saban is a complete control freak and probably has through coaching evaluations done on their staff to ensure they are the best at what they do. CUM or Saban is the closer. Not to mention Ohio State with Urban or Bama with Saban recruit themselves at this point.
NFL is a way different beast. You’re not dealing with amateurs anymore so the way you connect with them and coach them obviously changes. You’re not going to completely out-talent anyone for the most part so scheming/scouting are wayyy more important.
It will be very interesting how Urban adapts. I believe his entire coaching career has been In college so I wonder how he will do.
