UPDATED, REVISED AND BETTER THAN E'ER-Second Annual Miss. State Sig Pic Bet Thread

Hello from Earth, Miss. State college football fans.



Welcome to another addition of the Sig Pic Bet Thread. You rednecks are out here talking smack again like this is another team of destiny, such as last year's 8-5 team of the century (for Miss. State). Last year the brag was a 10 win season. This year, I don't think expectations are as high. So we're going to lower the total number of games won to win the bet and still include a bowl game. We're also extending the time that the loser gets to wear the badge of shame.

Here is the UPDATED bet:

If Miss. State wins 9 games, which includes a bowl game, the winners get to design a sig pic for the losers which must be displayed until the beginning of the 2020 SEC college football season.* The sig pic must be tasteful and humorous.**

If Miss. State fails to achieve a 9 win season, then visa versa.

This sig pic bet is not confined to Landmass posters. All fanbases are welcome.

*If State passes a point of no return after enough losses during the season, then the sig pic must go up. Likewise, when (if) State hits 9 wins, the sig pic must go up, even if there are games that have yet to be played.

**Last year there was some debate over the definition of "tasteful." Here is what is not tasteful: anything that can get you suspended or banned from tRant, including, but not limited to, injured players, coaches wives, etc. Fellatio and copulation between humans and/or animals and/or mascots and/or beastiality, if in cartoon form and not exposing cartoon genitalia, and artistically and humorously used, may be considered "tasteful." Scatalogical humor may be considered on a case-by-case basis.

***Welching will not be permitted and will lead to scorn from all fanbases and all participants in the bet, whether winners or losers, who will cast derision upon you at every encounter on tRant. Don't make the bet, or bow out now, if you do not intend to honor the bet.

****After much wailing and gnashing of teeth by our local yokels with no school spirit, the bet has been updated to reflect the current Las Vegas odds (8.5) and include the bowl game. If you are one of the other three that bet against the original 9 win regular season and want out, you are entitled to do so. I, however, am in.
