"Last year's top state, Iowa, dropped to the 14th spot this year. Meanwhile, three of the bottom five states on the list were based in the South: Louisiana, Alabama and Mississippi. The bottom 10 overall states, starting with the 50th state:

One thing that could help Alabama is if you all didn’t require standing puddles of urine in every single gas station bathroom.

Actually, if you include Arkansas and Oklahoma, you’ve got quite a chunk of real estate there.
Too bad Georgia didn’t make the bottom 10 or else almost the entire Bible Belt would be on the list. LOL
