Because the conference's success drives your success?
Would you have gotten Denzel Nkemdiche if you wouldn't have been in the SEC or if the ACC had been the dominant conference? Would you then have had a shot to put together the class that you did last year?
The conference being strong is good for everyone -- whether you acknowledge it or not. There is certainly a trickle down effect...
