Do you guys who know which reporter this was? Is it just me or are they bashing the kids?

You don’t go from Nick Saban —> Steve Sarkisian and expect to improve. It’s the other way around.

I think the horns are saying Chip Brown reported this, I wouldn’t be gossiping about players in fall practice updates, not very professional imo

I try to avoid bashing players. College students are still learning, and deserve to be cut some slack.
But, no shite Billingsley is lazy. It was obvious after last year.
Players that transfer from Bama transfer for a reason. It's usually because they lack the balls to compete at a big time level.

They deliberately dropped passes in the Natty game last year. My grandma could have caught those passes. They will leave Texas and go to a smaller school and amount to nothing. They have all the physical tools, but will end up working at McDonalds or selling crack.

Man, only if Saban knew what he was doing. Think how good Bama could be.

I did read that Hall didn't even know he'd been dropped till he read it on the www. Not sure that is so because it just doesn't sound like Saban, but he did get several chances to change his attitude.

Billingsley almost dropped an easy pass on 4th & 7 in the Iron Bowl last year. He was bobbling it just before he went out of bounds. Fortunately he secured it before stepping on the chalk.

Joe Biden is more respected than Chip Brown (the writer). It's probably true on Billingsley but the Agiye Hall bit is horse shite. He may end up flaking out but he has kept his head down & been working hard since he got here.

Why would this surprise anyone?
If a guy's not gonna put out to play at Alabama, why would his sorry arse do so at a 2nd rate program? These guys were basically shown the door in Tuscaloosa, and if another program wants The Tide's wash-outs, they should expect what they get.
