We won 2 national titles with the guy, and McCarron was one of the best qbs in the nation.

Prayers sent, compadre. I'm sorry for your loss. This is some Theon Greyjoy type of cuck shite when the guy who beats your brains in hires you.

Gonna laugh if you guys have an amazing offense.

Him and Jimbo were Sabans favorite OCs. Well at least those are the two he always talks about.

It's hard to judge his actual playcalling abilities based on his time at Florida because the dude refused to take over playcalling and went down with Nussmeier.

It’s the Gator Way to find success away from Gainesville.

Dan Mullen
Fedora
Cam Newton
Will Grier
Brock Berlin
Will Muschamp
Lon Kruger
Jeff Drushel
Jacoby Brissett

The list goes on and on.

So, you're getting McElwain instead of Dan Enos.

That really isn't that bad of a last minute replacement.

The only bad thing is he might actually save Harbaugh’s job.

He is a very good OC and will thrive in the B1G.

His offenses are the ones that ran Urban off.

Nussmeier

Worst offensive coordinator at Alabama under Saban. Guy was awful. I was so happy when Saban pushed him out.

Just don't let him talk to people or go fishing, it'll be fine.

Exactly! And most likely occurred at halftime of the LSU game. Bama led only by 3 (17-14) at the half and Saban was obviously royally pissed when he was interviewed coming off the field. Halftime instruction from Saban to Nussmeier probably went something like this, "we're going to run the gotdamn ball in the second half, and Monday you need to be looking for another job".

Bama ran the gotdamn ball in the second half. Final score was 38-17!

Is it really going to be Mac's offense? I assume it'll be the Jim Harbaugh offense as usual with Mac as the designated scapegoat.
