I know how concerned many of you were that nothing would happen to him so I thought I would alleviate your fears

But the SEC didn’t make him Paul! It don’t matter! He punched that boy on TV! That boy has a family! Wearing football pads don’t give you an excuse to commit assault Paul!

Still played in the game after the punches were thrown is why everyone was upset

Yes, but the issue is that the conference allowed Bama to determine its own internal penalty for something exponentially worse than a mere routine targeting penalty.

Because they understand how determined Alabama is to holding players accountable.

No, get it straight. He doesn't get a new Charger this year.

LSU has been allowed to do the same by the conference, and has done the same.

Maybe the player should press assault charges to keep Saban's thugs in check.

So you would be upset if say, an LSU coach was allowed by the SEC to internally discipline a player?

So Devin White's suspension is twice as much, when Davis threw punches at another player. Thanks for pointing that out.

If it happened vs Tennessee Saban wouldn’t have held him out for the LSU game.

Change my mind

Like it's really going to matter whether White plays or not

REC tried to postpone suspension until Citadel game but SEC would have none of it and showed the REC who really runs things around the conference.

Good for Saban. But kinda misses the point.

The officials don't apply punishments fairly. He threw multiple punches and got left in the game. He should have been ejected. Fighting is ejection. He wasn't for whatever reason. Its BS. The refs failed BOTH kids.

Bama also had a kid crown hit Tenn QB in the chin and no targeting. Devin's hit was clean and gets ejected.

The SEC office has to see the discrepancy. No uniformity to calling Personal fouls. I also hate the UF kid getting ejected. Was he on the field? Did he take part? they didnt know. just ejected him. BS
