Doesn’t say in this article, but did they take a sample of any kind? The lawyer says he’s obviously not guilty because he says he wasn’t. Is there another article which says he had a permit for the gun?

The charges haven’t officially been tossed yet, but the fact that the university has already lifted the suspension, combined with that rumors about the breath tests, and everybody expects the charges dropped soon. I’m not sure what kind of horse trading is happening, or whose interests are in play now.

You are showing your ignorance again. In Texas, you can basically carry a gun either concealed or in the open almost anywhere without a permit.

Fair enough. I am ignorant about the gun laws in Texas. So the gun charge was just for having a gun while allegedly possessing the weed?
