You can kiss all of the stadium expansion, new buildings, street improvements, maintenance ect. goodbye. Schools will be cutting staff and trying to hang on. People will be singing about the good ole days. You will never see the same gameday experience. I'm glad I sent 4 kids through the University of Alabama and all 4 have graduated. Sucks for everybody else.

Universities cutting useless degrees and teachers wouldn’t be a bad thing

You would hope those items would be the first to go. Literally only offer 2/3 of their eligible degrees as an option for double majors.

Arkansas has at least three athletic facilities currently under major renovation.

The stadium expansions were unnecessary anyways. I’m pretty comfortable where Davis Wade ended up.
I think A&M will end up with a lot of egg on their face as I doubt that stadium will never not look empty again.
Covid will make people realize how much of a pita in game attendance is, especially for places like CS, Tuscalosa, Auburn, Oxford, and Starkville where people move away and have to shell out to travel to attend as alumni.
