Cases. Sounds like they are trying to set a standard and streamline all of the possible scenarios so this isn’t out of hand from jump street. But we all know it will ask more questions as time progresses. NCAA compensation

Let’s hope the money has to go in to escrow, and it’s split evenly with every NCAA athlete and only fully vests upon graduation.

Let’s see how socialist people really are.

That’s a load. They don’t care about the athletes. Taxable income. College athletics will just end up being another failed government program after they get through with.

I’m not disagreeing with you. I just love the irony from a lot of people that I meet who like to chide the government as failed ushers for programs like this. Many of the people who bash the government only bash democrats. The problem of course, with that logic, is that the government is made up of republicans too. So they can stop many socialist friendly issues, but for some reason, they rarely do.

Need to concentrate on impeaching and removing Trump first before moving on to other matters.

It’s both but mainly it is the Democrats. One of my favorite pastimes is to go the local emergency room on the weekend and figure out how many people in there are getting free healthcare of off me.

Again this needs to be looked at from an in-depth lens. Republicans have many chances in both the house and senate to reverse government-funded legacy programs like social security and Medicare/Medicaid, military installation spending, pork spending for people in poor rural and poor urban areas, many who are diverse with their voting track records. But they don’t. I tell people all of the time that democrats don’t do what their most loyal supporters want and republicans don’t do what their most loyal supporters want. It’s a charade.

I guess the worthless decades in service politicians need to find a new way to tax the kids. Can't allow them to be middle class.

Sounds like some cronnies are in line for some fat government contract and kick backs while the athletes get screwed.

This makes no sense. Right now they're getting nothing.

And that's different from the current system how?

I don't think this should require government intervention. If the NCAA weren't a bunch of snakes and leaches this system would be much better already. I'd be curious what these athletes and their parents think of this.
