I understand he is not the HC or GM. However, if he thought that highly of Fuller he would have fought to ensure he was drafted to the team rather than hope they can grab him in FA. He clearly didn't.

All I was saying is that it's not surprising Fuller chose to sign with the Dolphins. Most of these guys get several offers and with the familiarity there plus a wide open competition for WR roster spots, it's easily the best situation.
