Dan Mullen is making $6 mil per year, the same as Jason Garrett. I don't see the Cowboys making an offer significantly better than what Florida can offer.
Besides-who would want to work for Jerry Jones?

He ain't going to work for a guy like Jerry Jones. An old drunk who jerks off into his shoes

He's not leaving Florida to go work for Jerry Jones

Nice. Grantham coach in waiting?

NFL job is always going to better than college because you don’t have to recruit.

Jerry Jones aside. It’s the Dallas Cowboys. Little step up from the Florida job wouldn’t you say?

It’s a dumb idea to hire a coach based on their connection to a QB. Dak could get hurt, traded, etc. But Jerry Jones is an idiot and may think it’ll work, so who knows.
But would be very tough to believe Mullen would leave when he’s growing a monster. So unless there is some unrest we don’t know about, I really don’t see it.

But he'll have to kiss a drunk corpse's arse every single day.
To hell with that.

It's not coaching-search season until Jimmy Sexton floats his clients' names out there for every position.

Spurrier thought he'd have more time off to go golfing when he went to the NFL.

You say that like Mullen has a difficult time attracting recruits. No issue for him at Florida.

Its somewhat of an issue. I think its the thing that will prevent him from winning big.
Unless he fires his buddies and upgrade his recruiting staff. He's seems very stubborn in this regard.

Don't have to recruit, don't have to worry about grades, don't have to fund raise, don't have to deal with school politics....
I have no idea why someone wouldn't go to the NFL.

I love how everyone always writes click bait on what “Jerry Jones” is going to do.
They don’t know how he operates.

I highly doubt this. He doesn't seem like an NFL guy. Though you never know. If he leaves looks like we would have to take Urban back...so we would still be fine. We all know Urban wants back in the Orange and Blue.

WHAT?
You almost killed him last time he was in G-Ville!

I'm being sarcastic here. I think most fans have forgiven him though. It's been long enough, he deserves a spot in the Ring of Honor to me.
