What these 2 games vs Big 12 teams proved is that a motivated UGA is much better than an unmotivated UGA.

Was a really awesome game. Had it been the national championship game would be remembered forever as an all time classic.

I guess uga was unmotivated against LSU last season as well then? Makes no sense, bc they had everything to play for and knew LSU was a really good team capable of beating them even if they played well. They knew LSU was gonna bring it and got their asses handed to them. Uga is just not as good as they believe they are. LSU manhandled uga.

They played like it, but I wouldn't say it was the same as not making the playoff.

If anything, losing to LSU kept the Fightin' Tigers in the mix for the West division. Just as it did for Auburn the year before.

No. Absolutely not. We didnt play well in Tiger Stadium, but that doesnt mean we werent motivated. Very similar to our AU game in Jordan Hare in 2017.
UGA was probably the third best team in the nation last year, so credit to LSU for that win.

Or maybe...and just spitballing here.....maybe LSU is not as good as they thing they are? I mean, we haven't been shut out by Alabama or given up 74 points in a game lately.
Again...just spitballing.
LSU dominated us in their game. They should get all the credit in the world. But thinking a team....any team...is good or bad based upon any one game is dangerous.

Yes, one of the best games ever. Most fans thought we were done at halftime. One of those games that had my emotions running wild as OU almost won, we battled back by scoring with little time left. I was expecting Baker to drive them down the field for a winning FG. The FG block in OT and then Sony scoring that TD. I am pretty sure I woke up my neighbors with my screaming.
