At this point, we will take a step in the Florida direction (championship level defense heading up an offense with a freshman qb and mediocre OL). We can see where that takes us this season in the hopes that we won't be starting a different qb next year for the 6th consecutive season.

Maybe after the SECCG?
ETA: Thanks for keeping is on your mind though.

Next year when Fromm and Eason don't develop at all and start to miss Richt.

Holy hell I just realized that's actually possible.

If I were a Georgia fan, I'm melting the moment Kirby losses to anyone in the East. There is zero excuses for him not winning this garbage arse division. Georgia should not get beat by Florida or Tennessee. If they do Kirby is just as bad as Botch, Muschamp, and McElwain.

We've got issues.
You've got them too.

Traditionally, this is the correct answer.
But....this is the year! (Which is our mantra before the WLOCP)
It really is the year, this time, though!

If ever there were a SEC East team that should have been a lock, it would be last year for The UT Vols, and we know how that worked out.

Well. At least there is no pressure.

True. Coaching in the East is as bad as I can remember.

Georgia doesn't have Florida's issues. Georgia has no excuse. We have a bad roster and a bad coach, that can't recruit yet he keeps beating all of your sorry asses. Make it stop so we can both move forward.

I suspect their QB situation will figure into it. Kirby will lose a game he wasnt supposed to and it will come down to starting eason over fromm. The UGA faithful will then blame him for the QB play and the melt will be ON like donkey kong.

We have a championship calibre defense.
We have a mediocre offense (just praying that we don't give points to the opponent).
Our hope is that the offense gets better each week for the next 3-4 years. Is that hoping too much (is that what Gator fans wanted with the early Mac offenses?)?

After South Carolina falls in arse backwards into the SECCG.

No you aren't asking to much, all we wanted from shark-humper was improvement and we made plenty of excuses as to why it wasn't happening. After 2 years and 2 games it's still a worse offense than Muschamps last year. There are some glimmers of hope from the last quarter of football we played but I'm not holding my breath, Tennessee might have a historically bad defense.

Botch was never going to win the division he was a used car salesman from the get-go anybody outside of Neyland stadium could see that. Kirby may actually be a good coach that is the difference and there is no question he has the best roster in the East.
