What are you guys hearing about Eason and if he transfers what schools would he look at?

I haven't heard anything recent.
Connections to Washington, Colorado State, Miami, and Notre Dame. But that is just the "relationship business". Nothing solid. He could stay and go pro after this next season.

Miami would be a tough rotation to crack because they have recruited well at the position. Washington makes the most sense for him if he decides to leave. I've also seen Washington State thrown around but who knows. Honestly hate it for the kid because he seems to be a DGD with his support of Fromm and playing the roll of backup which I am sure he has never had to do.

Yes. Heard he wants to stay in a pro style offense (aka no Washington State). No clue where else he would look at. Maybe Colorado State with Bobo?

Yes several mods on the 247 boards have hinted he’s transferring after this season

Is Bama an option?
We do better with a Pro-Style qb, rather than a duel threat qb.

Pretty much zero percent probability he transfers in conference or to a team we play in the next few seasons... not a grad transfer, so unlikely to see that limitation removed. Washington would make the most sense, between proximity to home and timing (assuming Browning returns for next year while Eason would be sitting). Have heard other schools pop up, but seems to be the most logical choice at least.

Kirby wont let him transfer to another SEC team.

Fromm was always better

Yes. Miami and the West Coast (Washington, USC, maybe Wazzu) are likely landing spots. He could end up elsewhere, Michigan was rumored to be of interests, but they just landed Patterson.

Was a projected first round prospect coming into the season.

He likely will eventually but in case you're wondering, Kirby is likely to block all transfers to any SEC program. So he's likely going back west.

Practice squad makes 100k+ per year.
Make the roster and league minimum is just under $500k.
Someone would draft him to retain his rights. He gets a playbook, nutrition, facilities, and starts his professional career looking to develop an opportunity for a big contract. Full time NFL. No school distractions and probably pays better than Auburn or Mississippi State.

There’s one exception that Kirby would make

First page of 2019 mocks I found from 2017 had Eason projected possible Number 1 player
LINK
I mean, it's not hard to look up mocks from earlier in the year for 2019.
